So how is recovery?
Remember to give some time before you can really hit your system with a real shocker! Warn up, warm up slow, with good intensity, enjoy your stay at the gym.

I di legs today, with some bis at the end as well as abs. It was a great workout.

I did squats, free motion machine lunges ( killer), calf press, and leg curls for the hamstrings. after that i did 21\'s and then some free motion machine curls, followed by some bas on those inflatable balls. overall good work, and i look forward to being sore tomorrow and the following day.

Today was my first day back in the gym from a 6 week break. I went to Europe to do some backpacking with friends, and we got back in last night. So today i joined a new gym, and went in, and did a total body workout, in order to get my body back into the lifting. I\'ll be starting a new routine next week, as well as an intense weight gain diet. Trying to shoot for 4000 calories a day!
