Blog Entry

April 9, 2009

Ok, 9th of april 2009. I will start to tell all of the members on bodybuilding.com to be the most positive people i´ve read about. I bow to you all.  My english/american writing may not be the best, but i hope you at least understand what i´m writing about:) Well, here is the journey to get back in shape again. Last time it was back in 1997!!!! I´ve been gone for a couple of years after a long time of sickness. My body didn´t soaked up the nutritients. It´s a chronic disease that i still have, but for the time it´s not active:) Of course i have been training, but not that serious that i want!! So, I´m currently try to get in shape again. But this time I will be in even BETTER shape. Way to go for me is a 10 week training cycle:  6 week of heavy training(5-10 reps building) prior to 2 week of lighter training(12-18 reps recovery). Now, some of you say, what about the reps. between 10-12???????? Well they come at the end of the training cycle. 2 weeks medium heavy(10-12 reps+ supersets and Trisets shocking) The last period is when I´m preparing my body again for the heavier training cycle.  I do mostly about 10-12 reps for 5 sets followed by 3-5 sets of trisets (10 rep heavy+ 6 rep medium+6reps light) This is the cycle I believe in and gonna stuck with! Number of set depends on the dayform and calorie intake! Mostly between 6-12set. I am now in the lighter cycle and can´t wait to shock my body with superset;)

Any other suggestion of training cycle or suggestion of supplements will gladly be taken!

Have a great time wherever you are. Don´t forget your other life!

Robert
