Back in the game
Thursday, August 30th, 2007I have a little too many health concerns right now to afford competing. I’m really bummed about that. I am ; however, adopting a harder training program to up my strength. I’m also incorporating running in the hopes that I will be able to run a 1/2 marathon in January. I’ve been eating fairly clean. I think I have had way to much wheat. I’ve been feeling sick. I really need to drop dairy and wheat permenantly. It’s hard for me. When some people crave doughnuts and cake, I crave pb and j sandwiches, cheese, yogurt, and bagels. I’m sure I crave it, because it is so hard on my body. Enough complaining, enough going back and forth, I need to keep track of my workouts and diet, just to make sure I am consistent. I haven’t had much progress in the past month, and I’m getting flabby. How cruel is nature. I guess I forgot the key to healthy living. Consistency…damn you irony.
