Fighting the Failure
Sunday, January 14th, 2007I’m sure we have all got our own little ways of pushing our muscles to failure before ending the set, but sometimes the pain is unbearable. But next time you wanna quit, think of every other bodybuilder out there who is pushing themselves, and who is getting the better gains. Ask yourself how much you want to achieve your goals; tell yourself is the pain is worth it? Think that every extra rep is one step closer to that physique that your in the gym for. Fight the pain.
