Cheers Cody. Well, my back workout consists of two separate workouts, performed 5 days apart. The first workout relies heavily on thickness... so i row. T-bar Rows, Barbell Rows, Dumbell Rows and Low Pulley Cable Rows. 5 sets each. 5 days later, i train back again. But for width. W.G Chins, R.G Pulldowns, and Pullovers. With this workout, i also do deadlifts. Same set protocol.
