Wednesday, June 24th, 2009The North Americans is my first show of the year.. Most have kept up with my progess in bodybuilding. For this year i will be competing in the heavy-weight for the first time. I made the step out of the light-heavies to a whole new ball game. I reasonly started a 15 week prep for the USA"S and decided to back out and condition more for the North Americans. I have put on several pounds of mass this winter. The key is to condition the new muscle i achieved better, that way i will make a good stage present… To all fans and friends if you can, show up to cheer me on, I will thank the world of you…
