TRAINING FOR THE NATIONALS

Training is going great diet is on point im looking to come in harder than the pics I posted from the North American bodybuilding championship. I realize can not do the light heavys, due to the extra muscle i put on in the offseason. Its true that new muscle is hard to condition for a show. So im hoping i can nail my conditioning for the nationals. I have been competiting for 4years now, and each show I learn from my mistakes. Usa in 2007 I laid out in the sun two days befor the show, not knowing that water will retain on me. North American, i know i should of went heavy weight, so I deplete and knowing it would take me some time to carb up. I weigh in on thursday at 7pm. The show was friday a 5pm. Well i made the weight, of a weigh inn of 198. So if figure i would cut water after the weigh inns and start carbing so i could be full. We all know when you carb up “no more water” the carb up was going great , water was stop. I did not take a diruetic cause it would pull to much to soon. But the water came of quick and for the time, You only have a 18 hour window, and if you loose more than 5% water your muscle starts to go flat, and thats what the tee tee johnson experienced. A story told i learn from, I will make the corrections for next show.
