Bench press platueau buster?
Had a great chest workout a couple of days ago but I'm tired of being stuck at the 135 wall with bench press. Looked at some workouts on the site and found one 5X5 routine but its focus on bench press like user powerlifting techniques and I don't know how that would affect my bodybuilding goals cuz most powerlifters seem like they are not very defined. If anyone has advice or an opinion let me know
