Advice
I need to get rid of my gut, I have a small hernia at my navel so I try not to push the stomach muscles too hard simply because I don’t want to go in for sergery yet again. I had this fixed once already and got another right above the last one.
Can any of you tell me a good way to get rid of a round stomach in the front? I cut back on what I eat I do cardio and I get results but then the results stop and I lose motivation.
Any advice would be appreciate. I have read a lot of articls on the subject I do understand I need to do cardio as well as lifting but I really could use some advice from someone who has been through this. What really worked for you?

It really comes down to diet. A good way to eliminate carbs or at least help burn them off is don’t eat anything after dinner time unless your wanting to gain mass. This will allow your body to burn fat stores. Men store their fat mostly in their stomach area. Increase your good fats with fish oils, olive oils etc to provide your body with the fats it needs and increase your protein intake especially on training days. Drink plenty of water! Try this method for a few weeks along with at least an hour of cardio a day, you can split it into two sessions and you should see results.
