Still at it
It is heck week! One week until weigh out. Three of us are now in single digits for body fat. It is the challenging week of no carbs and a lot of cardio. I do worry about losing too much lean body mass though.
The supplement and diet schedule has worked well. Adam and Gate (two of my partners) are the biggest they have ever been. Gate ripped two of his work shirts out.
I have been doing abs like crazy. That stubborn fat right there where they pinch won’t leave. Any ideas? Maybe a small knife and shave it off.
