I haven’t been writing much. I have been hitting the gym hard. I am also taking some online classes and have been working some overtime. So it has been a challenge to get on here.
I am okay with the results so far, but I have four weeks until weigh out for the challenge. The last four weeks are tough. You want to maintain muscle and get your body fat ridiculously low. Lots of cardio and protein with little or no carbs. I won’t even share with you the odor of the gas coming out of my body. It wakes me up at night. I want you to know that you do pass gas in your sleep!
The cool thing is that I feel awesome. I have very little craving for anything. I love leg days. They are my weakest part, but I love crushing my legs.
My partners are all doing well. I would highly recommend AMS 1-Andro, 4-AD and Arom-X. Adam is a little guy no more. He is still homely though!
Beta-alanine is an awesome supplement. If you aren’t using it……you are missing out big time. Stack that with Scivation X-tend and you have a tasty workout drink that fights fatigue, soreness and helps with recovery.
