Still at it!

I have 21 people I am working with in regards to the gym.  I am not a personal trainer, they are just co-workers that are looking for information. They know I have scoured this site and read everything I can get my hands on.  I am also taking twelve credits at a University and work full time.  My family actually thinks I am supposed to spend time with them too!  I guess I am whining.

The good news is that everyone is doing well.  Everyone else on my team seem to be gaining weight and losing body fat.  I have lost a bit of weight and I am down to 14%ish body fat.  I want to hit 7% at the most for weigh out.  I need to up my cardio.  I think the diet with the protein has kept me from losing too much lean body mass.  I think it is going well other than the severe lack of time.
