Shoulder day. Pushed up 155 three times on the shoulder press. I could have did more (I think) but the partner was an hour late. No spotter. Are we allowed to use profanity on our blogs? It was a good workout though.

I have seen plenty ‘o profanity in the blogs… and if in context I believe it is acceptable. What is with the partner being an hour late? He might as well have not show up. You must have been ripped by the time he did show up though.
155# - hmmmm - from my perspective that is an incredible amount of weight. And your shoulders are the most (well the second most) awesome part of your body. Good job!
