RPM Today!

I tried a free sample of Applied Nutriceuticals RPM today.  I had one partner show up and we did shoulders.  You can probably tell that shoulders is one of my favorite body parts…..cuz that is when I usually write a blog.  I took two RPM capsules and it went well.  I felt some energy boost, without shakiness.  Some energy boosters make you a bit shaky.  I am actually in favor of the shakiness.  Makes me work even harder to wear the stuff out! 
My two partners that are signing up for the contest did not show up today.  The guy that wants to be on my team for the contest showed up and worked out hard.  HE doesn’t have much knowledge and will be a challenge to keep on track if we took him on the challenge team.  I still might let him play on our team.  Showing up is better than nothing!
Tomorrow is back and biceps.  I do like back.  I am not so sure about bi’s.  They always seem to lag a bit.

I ended up working a bunch of overtime again today.  I woke up and had to drag myself out of bed.  I ended up waiting until this evening to workout.  It turned out great.  There is an awesome supplement company that I have been conversing with.  I received a huge box of stuff today.  It was quite the mood booster!

 Chest and triceps today.  My friend Gilbert came with me to help spot.  He isn’t experienced in the lifting arena, but seems to have drive.  He worked his arse off.  I am proud of him.  He worked some of my arse off! 

 I was approached by a young stud in the gym today.  He asked if I would take a look at his workout and give him a critique.  I thought he was teasing me for a bit.  I am a forty year old, gray haired dude.  It turned out to be a great day.  A little but goes a long way.  Thanks to LDragon for what we are about to do!

Shoulder day.  Pushed up 155 three times on the shoulder press.  I could have did more (I think) but the partner was an hour late.  No spotter.  Are we allowed to use profanity on our blogs?  It was a good workout though.

Leg Day!  Squats, front squats, leg press. leg extensions, leg curls, and the seatd calf machine.  Tired!

 My partner didn’t shouw up, but I am used to it.  I always give them five minutes, then I start. I am very tired today.  Nap time?

My partner, Gate, is back.  I am not sure why, but we have awesome workouts.  I won’t go into workout details today.  I used the workout tool on the body space page to enter the workout.

 We are very motivated.  LDragon is helping us figure out a good supplement regiment to become the best we can be.  I wish there were more folk like him in the world.

MP3 players should have a caution note on it.  When you are in the gm and wearing the MP3 player….if you pass gas…..it might not be silent to anyone else.  Isn’t it funny you can’t hear the fart, but everyone else can and it came out of your body?  I wish I would have known that prior to back/bicep day today.

 It was a good workout day.  Even if it was interrupted by a grumpy dude with a sensitive nose.

Supplements, supplements, supplements!  I have been reading a ton about sups.  I have it narrowed down to what I think I want to do, but waiting for a few of the experts to reply to my emails.

We start our 911 fitness contest in January and weigh out is April 1st.  April fools day!  I have a really good team of three.  I want to win this time.  Placing second sucks!  I am going to start creatine right now and use it up to weigh in.  I am going to switch to BSN NO Explode after weigh in.  I am going to try to get up to around 4000 calories a day.  I also want to give a pro hormone a try. 

We were on all of the television shows and newspapers last year.  We will be again this year.  I received a ton of calls last year asking about our diet and workout last year.  Everyone wanted a magic pill though.  I don’t think they wanted to sweat and puke in the gym. 

We are also doing a video taped documentary this year.  You would think a company might be interested in sponsoring us.  Maybe some good deals on product and some free t-shirts to wear on television and for the newspaper?  They would also be all over the documentary as they filmed us taking our supplements.  Think it will work?

Leg day!  I am really sore from yesterdays ches and tricep workout.  I worked alone. Just me and the MP3 player.  I started with squats, then front squats.  I went to stiff legged dead lifts.  I used the machine for leg press.  I completed the leg extension, leg curl and finished up with seated calf raise.

I worked my abs unitl I almost puked.

I have been testing the CEL Refuel.  I haven’t taken any other supplements other than protein.  I kind of miss the NO Explode.  I think it gave me energy.  The Cel Refuel is good tasting stuff.  It mixes well too.  If you are into long distance running, iron man, or endurance stuff…..you might want to check this product out.

Chest and triceps today.  My chatty partner showed up today.  I relented and worked out with him.  He hurt his wrist half way through the bench press.  We lifted heavier than usual.  I am going heavy and less reps for now.  I am going to try to bulk up for a transformation contest that begins in January.

 My chest is killing me now.  I need to go to the gym tomorrow for sure.  I think my nipples blew off on the flat bench.  I hope the janitor doesn’t sweep them up.  They are sensitive you know.
