I am on my third partner this week. A guy at work asked if I would work out with him. He is pretty strong, but hasn’t lifted for a few years.
I did back and biceps with a different partner yesterday. It was an awesome workout. I have never been much for back or legs, but they are my favorite days now. Is it a sign of getting old?
We did chest and triceps today. It was okay. The new partner kind of lowed us down a bit, but when he gets going he will push me to new lifts! I think he might work out.

Yep, it’s a sign that you are going through a midlife crisis!!!
Of course it’s not a sign that you are getting old. You just realized that you need to build your back and legs as well as the rest of your body. LOL .:)
