A bummer day!  I had a physical test for a different job and failed the situp portion.  The people doing the test were flabbergasted.  I am well known as a fitness advocate around these here parts.  I have a million freakin excuses.  I have been working nights, taking nine credits at school, hurt my knee, no sleep, and been busy.  What a cry baby!  As soon as I got home I went to the garage, turned the radio on and destroyed myself.  Tomorrow I will try to post a new photo.  I have been stalling off, because I am not at the low body fat I was for the last photo.  It will motivate me more to replace the photo wih a better one.

No more whining. To the gym tomorrow!  I will apologize ahead of time for the poor photograph I am going to post tomorrow.

This stuff is addictive.  I have my own gym set up in the garage, but I usually go to the established place.  This morning I was short on time after the run and went to do some quick shoulders.  I ended up in thegarage for almost 90 minutes working mostly on shoulders.  I turned on the radio and hit her hard.  It was a freak thing actually.  I was just going to do a couple of sets of each usual exercise, then it felt so good, I couldn’t stop.

Now I have to get flying on my other work, or I won’t have it completed in time.  I have always worked out better at the gym than my garage.  I am not sure what happened today.  It kind of makes me question if I should;t just do chest and shoulder days n the garage with my music playing.

I have been running more preparing for a phyical agility test and a 5k.  My workouts arenear as intense, but I focus on abs pretty hard.  I ran three miles last night and did chest and triceps today.  A guy at the gym mentioned I was looking better.  That is odd considering I am not killing myself in the gym like I usually do.  The diet has been stricter lately.  That might have something to do with the compliment!
