Two Days!
I missed two days in a row because of work. I hate not working out. I think I am going to do some research on clean bulking and start bulking up a bit. It seems that I eat fat food every time i try to bulk and hn lose the fat when I lose the body fat. There has to be a way to bulk up on clean food and then when you lose the body fat, end up with more muscle?
Now I am confusing myself!
