I did a fairly hard chest and tricep worlout today. It was awesome. My partner is still down with the injured wrist. His Doc said it will be four to six more weeks. I am eating fairly well, but not strict like I was. I still weigh 197. I think it might be time to go heavy and lower reps. Then step it up a notch again in January.
The weather has turned nice and it is hard to stay as focused though.
