Four days until weigh out! I am doing cardio for as long as I can stay awake. I have oatmeal for beakfast, but otherwise I am eating nothing except for chicken, fish and egg whites.
I ended up losing 25 pounds so far, but my strength has increased. After the weighout…. I am going to try to keep going. Maybe a cheat meal or two a week, but still working out with the same intensity. Cardio has to decrease afterward. I am doing cardio three times a day right now with sessions lasting thirty minutes to an hour.
