I upped my calories over the weekend wit over 50% coming from protein. I switched from the Ultramaet protein to the ON protein, because it has less carbs. I slowed down my cardio nad did more of it. I lost two more pounds! I want to stay the same weight and lose bodyfat now. Somehow I messed this process up. Four weeks until weigh out. Going to the gym for leg day. I love leg day!
