I woke up this morning and went for a run. Brushed my teeth and ran. No shower, no breakfast! I showered and ate and then went to work out. What an awesome leg workout. I killed them. They felt enormous after the workout. I wish they would stay that way, but they seem to shrink after a day or two. I’m going back tonight for more cardio.
Diet has been very strict. I haven’t strayed for quite a while. In a couple of weeks I might have a cheat meal. It will be the last one before the weigh out on April 12th.
I need to work on my abs more. I know you can’t spot reduce, but my abs are stubborn! I wonder if I should step up the number of ab workouts a week? I only hit them twice a week now, because everything I read; said to treat abs like any other body part, and diet was most important for abs. In the twelve week contest I think I am personally responsable for the killing of about 1400 chickens, if you count the egg whites!
