We have really stepped it up woth the cardio and abs.  When I first started the diet, I was always craving stuff.  I would actually get angry if someone else in the house would eat pizza or something in front of me.  How dare they? 

Now I don’t have the cravings.  I can’t wait until next time to drink my protein shake.  Anyone can eat anything in front of me and doesn’t bother me at all . 

 Weight is holding steady, but I feel better everyday.  Chest and triceps today.  I love triceps.

I missed three days of working out when I caught some sinusitis thing.  We are back on it heavy now.  We pushed up 155 on the shoulder press the other day. 

I just need to push more on abs and cardio.  I think I need to get up earlier and do extra cardio before eating.  The weather has turned nice here….so no excuses now.

We had an okay workout yesterday.  I haven’t been feeling well and went to the doctor.  He asked if I could breath through my nose because of the sinus congestion.  I could.  He gave me some antibiotics, a decongestant, and something for headaches. 

I am still going to workout today.  Chest and triceps.  I also have a weigh in to see if I have improved much over the past four weeks.  They are using the three point  Lange caliper.  It is the same test I started with.  I might be back for another blog this afternoon.  If there is not decent progress, then the blog might be R rated for language!

Leg day tomorrow.  They are still sore from last time.  I hope they recover a little more by tomorrow.  I think I need more protein.  I was so wiped out after the last couple of workouts thta I almost had to take a nap!

Chest and tricep day today!  We took Superbowl Sunday off.  I think it paid great dividends.  We started with the incline bench this time.  It was amazing.  I am typing this with the keyboard in my lap because I cannot hold my hands up very long!  Chest and triceps are screaming!

We have been hitting it very hard.  Each day we work out I am exhausted when done.  The weights we are pushing are steadily increasing. 

The diet has been real good.  I have been using Fitday.com and it helps a lot.  I have had one cheat day.  I am growing weary of chicken though.  We tried turkey but it has the ingredient in it called makesyousotireditshardtomove.  I hate that ingredient!

Working out and eating right is like a drug.  You feel awesome when doing it.  I have a lot more energy after I recover. 

We are going to wreck our shoulders today!  I can’t wait!
