Challenges
What a way to start. I had been waiting for the weigh in to start the hard work outs. I had worked out just to keep the ligaments and tendons going until weigh in and did not clean my diet up until the week of weigh in.
We weighed in on Friday at 2:00 PM and then I had to be at work at 3:00 PM. My first workout day would be Saturday. Wouldn’t you know it….it rained and froze on Friday night. Both gyms were without power. I lost power on Sunday (during NFL playoffs) and did not get it back until Wednesday at 10:45 AM.
Only one workout with dumbells the entire time. I managed to keep my diet fairly clean by cooking on a camp stove and grill. I ate mostly chicken and egg whites.
Off to the gym today to see how legs hold up and what my weight ended up being.
Now we rock.
