There in one thing that physical and mental realities have in common: Inertia.
Inertia is never easy to overcome. The last year and a half has seen my schedule of old overturned and smashed to bits. I didn’t have the work-life balance I used to, but that’s because I didn’t set my priorities and stick with them.
That’s changing. A few months ago, I found a few really good people to lift with to keep me motivated. I started to care much more about my diet. And I’m getting help on the diet to facilitate growth.
Changes are coming. Because I want them. You’ve all been an inspiration and continue to inspire me.
