Well right off the bat I would like to say this is my first blog and this is something totally new for me as is the bodybuilding webpage. I think it is great that so many people with common interests can get together and both motivate and share ideas with each other.
Anyways I have been lifting since the 6th grade off and on stopping occasionally for injuries, sports, and sometimes just out of shear laziness. However, I would like to see more gains and faster. I started devoting more time to my daily workout sessions and in two weeks have gone from 189 lbs to 203 pds. I am currently taking xyience and muscle milk. I am about to get off the xyience and on to NO XPLODE. My main targets and goals are to improve my lower body size substaintally. Get Shredded in the ab department and develope some major peaks on my biceps. I would appreciate any and all advice on this road to my traisformation.
