still growing

I seem to be adding quality muscle since im still going up on the scale and havent added any to my belt yet. I do feel alittle bloated but i know its only water, and i can loose that in a week.I am trying to eat as clean ass possible. Gotta love how fast you can add muscle after heavy dieting, your body is primed and ready to start eating again. Not gonna post pics until i have added more weight.

Well i havent posted, very busy at work. I have hit my target weight at 190Lbs stayed there for about a week and started my clean bulk two weeks ago. Since starting my bulk i have been slowly adding calories to my diet. So far so good im up 8Lbs and plan on reaching 215Lbs and staying at 10% or close to this bf% we will see.

Advise taken

Well i was having a hard time gettin under 195Lbs, and got some good advise im now lowering my carbs more, and upping my protein intake to level calories out. Its already working again i  weighed in at 194Lbs today after making ajustments yesterday and today. I hope this will continue until im at 190Lbs.

Well my weight was coming off so good. This week I have been stuck at 195Lbs and cannot break it! My diet has not changed at all for about 2 months now, but weight has stopped dropping. I really dont know what im doing to stop so close to my goal. Now all this has been done without any cardio so far, maybe i need to start doing cardio to get this last few pounds off. I have been trying to perserve as much muscle as possible, dont think the last 5Lbs should be to difficult to loose with a little cardio. I think the hardest part of cutting is loosing strenght, its a real mind f@#$.

Well i have posted pics from last week finally. im down to 194Lbs now and dont know how much more i should plan on loosing before i start bulking again. I was planning on 190Lbs but what does everybody else think does it look like i will need to get leaner before starting clean bulk? Im definetly going to get down to 190Lbs hopefully i will be happy at that point.

compete or not to compete that is the ?

Currently im still cutting down on my weight. I have had very good success with my diet. I started at 240Lbs after my winter bulk, and actually went a little to far into the summer but still needed to be done. Im currently at 195Lbs, and looking much more vascular all over my body, and abs are visible now. Im looking to stop at 190Lbs or close to it. this time around im looking to add more quality muscle and keep fat down to a minimum. Im still up in the air about competing at this point but friends tell me i should. We will see what i choose to do.
