so im gettin sick, i hate it, i dont want it to break my routine. but is it rude to workout when you are sick? i want to workout but i think its rude to be spreading germs all over the gym.
so today i was able to get in the gym, i was tryin to get in the mornings, but that was hard, so i figured the best time would be on my lunch break. so monday i start my weight training, but for the today and tomorrow it will be cardio!
I am greatful i have found bodybuilding.com. i knew i needed a change and coming across this website has helped me alot. i have found alot of information that will help me reach my goals. and bodyspace has been a blessing, i have found that everyone on there is kind and supportive. now thats motivation! thanks to everyone for their kind words and support.
