wasting my time in the gym, underestimating myself and not lifting heavy enough or long enough or to the right degree.
its almost a waste of my time and energy. i could be somewhere else doing something productive. it sucks coming back to training and not really knowing whats safe to do and just basically messing around for an hour a day.
I HATE IT!!!!!!!

so im finally able to start lifting again after a pretty bad car wreck i got into. i feel so weak now. i can barely left anything and halfway through what should be a workout i get to exhausted and nearly pass out. i dropped down to like 155 and then just started putting on fat. im at like 167 right now. my leg snapped basically so i had to just sit on my ass for 3.5 months. any body got tips on how to come back..in style??

that was by far the most intensive workout ive ever had!!! 18 supersets all in under 70 mins. Bent BB Rows/Flat Bench, High ROw/ Incline press, Bent Lateral Raises/ Flat DB Flyes, Pulldowns/ shoulder press, straight-arm pulldowns/cable front raises, Back Ex/ Crunches. All 3 sets ; exercise 1. 6-8 reps, Exercise 2. 8-10. Im so sore already and its only been an hour since the gym. im gonna have to up my entire diet just to be able to make it though this regime. im at about 3000 cals already and i thought i was gonna passout from exhaustion. i LOVE this workout

OK, so ive been doing one body part a day like most everyone else for the longest time now. i enjoy it and have seen some results, but nothing i would brag about. i was reading an old issue of FLEX today and found a really interesting split to try. its an antagonist/agonist split. on monday and thursday i will do chest, back shoulders and abs. on tuesday and friday i would do quads, hams, abs, calves, bis, tris and forearms. that sounds like a lto for one day, but its actually not that bad. the exercises are like this: if i do bent barbell rows then flat bench on monday, i would do flat bench then bent barbell rows on thursday. you end up alternating everything which makes it sound really efficient and quick. im really looking forward to this pounding im about to take!
