Monday, September 10th, 2007Well, I’ve started back doing cardio. I think this was what was missing from my training. I used to do cardio immediately following my weight training, but I started with a new training partner, and his routine went longer that I’m use to, and didn’t have time for cardio. So I’ve started my cardio today, on my lunch hour, and will weight train in the evening.
I will be training chest today.
