Hmm, there are abs under the pudge!
Things are moving along slowly - constant work shift changes are wreaking havoc on sleeping and moving the workout schedule around, but still pushing forward.
Something odd happened last night after work. I think I may have sat down wrong or something, but I had the worst abdominal muscle cramp I’ve ever had. As I’m laying back trying to massage the feeling of a charley horse out of my upper abs, I could actually feel at least a 4-pack there with some nice definition. Now I just need to get the fat to melt off to actually see them!

You’re right. The sets and reps are the easy part. Dropping the fat, that’s my trouble. I always figure why do too much abs work, I’ll never be able to see them anyway.

Yup, I hear ya, but slowly moving along the right path. I’m sure as soon as I can get a good, clean diet going and bump up the cardio times, they’ll start to come out of hiding.
