You said it correctly…you shouldn’t be concerned with the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you very well may achieving the ‘holy grail’ of body transformation…Losing Fat while simultaneously Gaining Muscle. I recommend taking some before and after pics. Even if you don’t post them, you should take them on a regular basis. That is where you’ll really be able to see a difference. Just having the pictures on my computer, let alone on my page for the world to see, has really gone a long way toward keeping me motivated. Plus, if you are judging your results by memory, i.e. looking at yourself in the mirror on a daily basis, you are doing yourself an injustice. It’s just too long of a process to rely on your brain to keep a mental picture from day 1 to day 100. Keep up the hard work and it will take effect. Keep pluggin’ away!

It’s defintely a difficult thing to do, but you just need to ‘man-up’ (sorry for the blatantly chauvanist expression) and do it! My goal is to get my next set of (hopefully more attractive) pictures up before someone I know finds my fat ass pics and busts my balls about it! That is an unbelievable motivation!

It is a hard thing to do - make the "before" picture but you will really be glad that you did in a month or two. I really does keep things in perspective and helps you focus on your goals.
Also, I did not see in your profile what your diet is like. If you are not happy with the results it could be something as simple as not eating enough (yes it is VERY possible to gain weight by not eating very much) or not eating enough of the right things. When you get a chance - post your diet and maybe we all can help you fine tune it to help with your goals.
One suggestion that I have is to dump the "One-A-Day" multi and get a multi vitamin that is made for bodybuilders. Most OTC multis will cause you to gain weight.

I put a sampel of my diet on the work out section for eveyone to take a look at and let me know what they think. I vary it a little depending on the day and my work shcedule.

Can you give me some suggestions of other multi vits to take instead… I saw Universal’s Animal Pak and ISS Super Vitamin’s Pak…
Are these good choices?
