UGH!
I know that old saying, if at first you don’t succeed, try try again. BUT….I am back up to 171. My husband has been back from Iraq about a month now and I completely lost control. Eating out often and a lot of bad foods. Being lazy and not going back to the gym. I made my bed and now I must lie in it is another addage that comes to mind. I feel like I want to just give up but you can’t do that right? Why does it seem so difficult to do this? I know that nothing really worth wanting is easy in aquirring. I am going to have just start over and see how it goes.

All you can do is learn from the experience and go forward from here. Let the past go and full steam ahead to the future of what you want and aspire to be. Now’s the time, go for it!

It must be so nice to have your hubby back
Now you’ve had some time to relax and have a little fun it’s time to get back on track. Get into a routine and you will start seeing results again. You have to ask yourself how bad you want it…if you want it bad enough you will do whatever it takes to get there!

THAT’S RIGHT BABYGIRL. YOU MUST GET UP EVERY TIME YOU FALL! EVERY MORNING YOU TRY AGAIN. EVENTUALLY YOU STOP FALLING. TRUE DAT…U MUST WANT IT BADDDD…KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE GOAL. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THE THINGS THAT SUPPORT IT. VISUALS, COMMUNITIES, REWARD SETUPS. ANYTHING TO KEEP THE WHEELS TURNING. YOU GOTTA FIGHT FOR IT. IT WILL BE HARD TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS BUT KEEP LOGGING/TAKING PICS…WE WILL SEE IT AND EVENTUALLY YOUR BLINDFOLD WILL COME OFF! TRUST ME, I BEEN THERE. PORSHA KNOWS
