What do you mean by "not eating all too good". A bad nutrition plan will diminish any gains made in the gym.

I left you a comment on your bodyspace about the 12-week Body for Life program.
This program not only has you lifting weights 3 times per week and doing cardio but also provides you with a nutrition program (diet) that is considered one of the very best for losing bodyfat and getting into great shape.
To achieve the weight loss you are looking for requires 3 things and I call them the “Holy Trinity of Fitness.” They are a great nutrition plan, a weightlifting program and a cardio routine. If any one of the 3 are missing or out of sync there is a very good chance that the whole program will not work.
I recommend you have a look at Body for Life at Bodyforlife.com and after checking it out you have any questions I would be happy to try and provide you with answers.
I wish you all the best.

I know…I have had the same problem!(hopefully past tense now that my eating’s better!) But I hear it’s like 80% nutrition. So if you’re not eating right that could be the issue.
BUT, did you measure yourself? Muscles are more dense than fat so you could weigh the same or more and still be a smaller in size. I hear this happens mostly during the beginning of a weight training program… then it tapers off and the lbs will start coming off. (I’m still waiting for that part!)
Don’t give up hope, just focus better on your eating. And give yourself a measure, you might be suprised.
