Here I begin
I am going to chronicle my weight loss this time.So that I can always look back and gain strength to stay fit .Well today I have a holiday because of the Ahmedabad blasts.I have not gone for my yoga class today as it was raining.
Here I will put down the basic framework of how I am going to manage this space.
Every 4 weeks I am going to change my work out routine.
Once a month I am going to put up a picture of myself in a pair of jeans and my favorite black top.
I am going to write about what I have eaten once a week and how i have stuck to my routine.
And the Grand Finalle would when I can wear that Sari I have purchased with a sexy backless blouse.I know its stupid but I have an image in my mind and I am chasing that.

That’s an awesome way to push yourself to accomplish a goal! I did the same thing for myself….bought a bunch of close that didn’t fit so I HAD to cut the weight to even wear it. Otherwise, I just wasted a bunch of money on new clothes
Stick with a plan and you should accomplish your goal.

That’s not stupid at all. I think it really helps to have something to work towards, an event, an outfit…something so you can say to yourself, hmmm…do I want that bowl of rocky road ice cream or do I want to wear my __insert item here___. I’m sure you’ll look great in your Sari and blouse! Good luck with your goals!
