Well what I am about to sayis a good thing but also a bad thing. I just got a promotion at work so I just made sgt at the sheriffs dept that the good thin but the bad is my best friend and workout partener is on the other night shift. I guess it is all good but now I got more on my plate. I will do my best I just hope everyine is ready for me..lol
