My 55 minute walk has become more than just a walk now…its my time out from my kids who love to argue and fight all friggen school holidays…( there arguing in my room as I write this….Mmmmm think I need to walk again )
I do love that when I do my weight training, my younger two kids come outside and do the warm ups with me..I use my speed rope & they skip.. I need to be focused however when I use the weights and Im finding that they get in the way…school holidays will be over soon!!!!
