lol, Had another great day today Worked on shoulders at the gym, and realized i am my own entertainment as well as the entertainment of others… I am so amazing! lol and modest
LOL ran stairs must have done 4 miles cause i doubled from last time which i did a little over two… so that was pretty fun! i love that by the way, what a great cardio.. beats the stair stepper at the gym by MILES! and THAT is fun having a partner with ya so you can talk to whole time to keep your pace.. i noticed once she left i was going alot faster and running out of breath towards the end…. … stuck with it tho and finished my goal! anyways i am starting try and drink a gallon of water a day and see if that will help with my headaches and late night binging on carbs lol
Also trying to get more complex carbs in before 3, i really am working hard on keeping my diet clean, and its making me feel better really.. the cravings are going out the window (other then the late night ones for rice cakes) BUt i dont feel the magnetic pull into the food joints latly and i think keeping an extra bottle of water and a pack of gum in the car helps with that…

I had a great workout today! I started on my new supplament the… um jet fuel.. deffinetly feel a burn in the back of my brain.. lol j/k Felt liek i could have stayed at the gym forever and i would have if i didnt need to come home…. for reasons i care not to say… lmao
Today was legs day, i did squats, lunges, lying and reg leg presses, NOthing really gained… I am doing squats now w/ out the smith… so my weight on that dropped a bit ai m just not sure about my form it feels a bit awkward to me… Totally hot guy i always see in there… i finally talked to him today.. we had a real deep conversation about shoulders… he has fantastic ones… and My sister in law was there and got me thru my cardio faster then it usually takes… cause i got to tell her about my exciting morning lol
All in all i am having a great day! lol i wore spandex shorts to the gym… and i dare say my butt didnt look half bad in them!!! lol new favorite workout shorts! feelin good….. lol

Today I worked my chest and Back, did some BI’s and tri’s as well didnt make any new gains or losses. Just another day at the gym… I didnt get there untill later then i like to so that usually pisses me off, I hate having other things to do… welcome to real life right?!?!?
Oh well I MIght go and run Stairs later, I have alot of fun with that and i feel like i am doing something different, maybe making new gains in that area…. Well other then that nothing new.. no new changes OH I am being featured on a web site for my transformation its Musculartrainingdevelopment.com it wont be up for a few days i’m sure.. So Thats exciting, to be recognised for the work i have done… whats funny is once i set my mind to losing weight… it wasnt that hard… LOL this last stinking 20 lbs is though! lmao!!! well hmm enuf ranting?? poor you people who read this!!Lol

I am kind of funny in that if i dont get to the gym by noon, i wont go.. I like the noon people, its never busy, I just have a comfort Zone there…. Well I didnt get there yesterday, and i havnt gotten there today… and i am pretty pissed about it! My MOm takes care of a 92 yr old lady that can not be left alone apparently.. and she went to the store for 30 minutes.. well that was 2 hours ago… she still isnt home… BUt TODAY I make a change… Today…. I will go to the gym damnit.. i cant let these things set me back from my goals (especially sence i went to DQ this morning). =)
I am going to mostly do some cardio today.. I noticed veins popping out in my legs and at first i was excited.. untill i feard that they are vericose veins… eek i hope not! lol Although I am very happy with the way my calfs have shaped up, I have such a wierd patch of fat on my back (love handles) that seems not NOT GO AWAY LOL damnit!!!
I need so badley to get my diet on Track, i just always have these stinkin set backs… more like excuses i know.. they incluse "family dinners" "dairy queen" and FRIKKIN damn cookies… I dont understand… everyone in this house wants to lose weight BUt they contunue to buy those damn cookies… and who can restist a nutterbutter? an Oreo? I dont have a problem at the store… i dont but that stuff… but when i am looking for somthing to much on and the Oreos are sitting in the cupboard with all there sugary goodness i cant resist having Just 1…. or 2…. ahh i need my own place lol I cant wait till my husband comes back and i can have my own Kicthen again! so i am just gonna leave my good stuff in my room for me to snack on and stay out of teh cupboards… its sad that people cant support a healthy lifestyle!

I had a good workout today, I did chest and back, BI’s and Tri’s and abbs, actually did all 45 minutes of my cardio.. lol
I feel chubby some days, and instead of that motivating me… it discourages me.. i stick thru it anyway.. well today was one of those days… I didnt do as much as i wanted though because the gym was getting busy… i got a late start from my normal time today!

I am sooooo determined to get this BodyFat down lol! And i will be okay as long as people in my house stop buying cookies!!! lol

This is my first Blog… I just started my cutting diet today! so already i want to eat everything i shouldnt… I get my Bodyfat Tested tomorrow,
Today i had an awesome workout.. i improved every lift and tried new ones! I kept having to pee during my cardio though so i gave up after 30 minutes of that nonesence… so i am excited to be a part of this site, i have been a member of other fitness sites, and so far i feel more welcome here, had some nice comments and i am feeling good about things! Eager to get started on my hard body i desire so much!
