Clean Eating..!!
It is no wonder that the average American is overweight. It is cheaper and easier to eat "bad food." If you want to eat clean, you have to take out a second mortgage on the house. If the food is good for you, it is expensive. It seems we (as a nation) should be able to make eating healthy less expensive and eating unhealthy more expensive. I just wonder how much it would save on medical expenses and insurance premiums down the road…
