Need Help !!!

Is it ok to do push-ups of 6 sets and 20 reps everyday in the morning. I do split weight training on Saturday (Shoulders, Back and abs), Monday(Leg, Chest and Abs) and Wednesday(Arms and abs).

I heard from many that they do push-ups everyday. Now the thing is, SHOULD I DO PUSH-UPS EVERYDAY IN THE MORNING OR SHOULD I DO THEM ON MY WORKOUT DAYS IN THE MORNING AS AN EXTRA EXERCISE????

PLZ HELP !!!!

    you shouldn’t do anything every day.

    also, your body puts on muscle as an adaptation. if youre doing the same thing every day, does your body need to change? well, no it doesnt because it can already do it!

    building muscle is a very taxing thing for your body to do, so it will only do it if necessary. start to challenge yourself with new exercises, more reps, more sets, mix it up. bottomline is you need to FORCE your body to grow. it wont just do it because you wish it!

    Man, you may need to stimulate the muscles more with some weight, but the major key is the kitchen, buddy. Watch what you eat and peel those abs.
    work in chin ups, bench press, rows with the push ups, burn em up, man. Peace, Rich

    I mean this sounds crazy and all and alot of people will argue against this but if i remember right i think it was dallas cowboys hershal walker who did said he did 2000 pushups a day on this t.v. show i watched and he was a beast. So there for idk. I thought the same as u5711 said til i saw that so idk brother. I only do pushups on chest days and i do close pushups on my tricep days then pushups on my circuit training days. Goodluck with your gains man
