Guys, I need help on warm up. I am confused on what warm-up exercise to do before weight lifting. How long to do??? Plz help

hey don’t get fustrated it will come. it has alot on what you eat. try eating every 3 hours small meals. but on the warmup jog 20 to30 min. before you workout and the same right after your workout. and on days off jog for 1hour. give it your all . remember jogging doesn’t mean to run

Some people also include stretching, walking, and I know some people who do a very light set of lifting before proceeding to the heavier lifting. I will look for some videos on warming up and add them to my page early next week. Hang in there, be consistent, and patient!
