MELAMINE in Dairy products !!!

What has happened to this World ? What happened to the people in this World ? Are they getting short of their brains ? Is this what business all about ? Do these people want to destroy the World ? Are they fed up with the growing of population?

Well the above question came to my mind when for past few weeks, I have been watching news and really getting shocked with the activities of the dairy product producers, importers, and exporters. These guys are using melamine illegally so that they can proof to its customers that their products are high in protein. I thought it only happened to china. But today, when I saw newspaper in our country Bangladesh, I was shocked to see that worldwide known Company’s dairy products have melamine in it. I won’t mention the name of the companies. But I can say for sure that there isn’t a single person in this world who don’t know these companies or haven’t consumed their products.

All these companies must have highly educated people and high standard systems, otherwise they wouldn’t have been so popular today. Having such high educated people, how these companies are adding melamine to the dairy products ? They know that it will do no benefit to the health except damaging the health slowly or quickly. So if they can do such thing, in no doubt, we can say that they are just aware of making money. They don’t even care for their own health. They just want to do business and make money. Don’t you manufacturers understand what you are doing? Can’t you make good things in a proper way?

These companies have no humanitarian present in themselves. They are using melamine in all dairy products. They are even not leaving the new born baby dairy products. That means they want to kill the baby from the very first day it has born. There must be a reason for their such activity. These people really got mentally sick. They are no more humans !!!

Now I am thinking, if melamine is used in powdered dairy products for showing high protein, then there are huge question on whether the protein powders and other protein related supplement products manufacturers present in the current market are doing the same thing or not? I really doubt……..

My only question to all the manufacturers would be:

Why are you doing such activities? Why can’t you make good products without using illegal things?

My request to all the manufacturers would be:

Plz plz plz make natural, quality products without the help of illegal things.

My readers, I really want to hear your thoughts about such activity of the current dairy companies.

Since, I love human, so my request to all my readers and bodybuilders to stop taking dairy products for some days until they stops using melamine. Go natural. Nothing is best than what nature has to provide us.

Move ur shoulders !!!

Today was my shoulder and abs workout day. The workout went pretty well. Feeling good. The shoulders seems pumped too. My workouts were created with high research and consultation. Well the research was done by me and I just consulted with other bodybuilders to know their thoughts about my workouts. I think my workouts are very well and thus viewers out there can try my workouts. I promise u will get huge gain in ur muscles. Below is my shoulders and abs workout:

Today was my leg workout !!!

My second week of Workout !!!

I started my second week of Workout today (n.b. I was off from the gym for a month). Today was my chest, triceps and abs workout. As usual, I took raw chickpeas before the workout and started the workout at 6 am.

I had some pain all over my body that was caused by returning to workout after a month. However, when I started today, all pain vanished and I was in high speed of my workout. I was training as hard as required per my workout. At the bottom of this post is the regular workout of chest and tricep that I did today.

I was feeling my triceps and chest getting pumped. It was truly awesome when I saw my triceps and chest looked so pumped and so muscular. I have gained some muscles for sure. Looking ahead for more !!!

I will be Fuelling myself to burn the GYM till death !!!

Feeling the Pain !!!

Guys, I am feeling the real pain now after getting back into my regular workout. I am feeling the pain in chest, triceps, and legs. However, the pain is giving me a feeling that my muscles are growing. Infact, my muscles really got pumped when I started after a month off. My new pics are proofs of my gained muscles. Anyways, looking ahead for gaining more !!!

It was a tough GAME !!!

I started my regular workout today, after a long 1 month off from gym. Today was my chest and tricep workout. I really had tough time today as I was facing huge problem. Today I realised I have lost some strength as I was not able to do the exercises as I used to do before. I think this is happening since I fasted for a month. However, I am sure I will be gaining strength again and hope to gain lots of muscles soon.

Time to Restart the Game !!!

Finally, from tomorrow, I am going to start my regular workout. I have been off from my gym for a month as because I had to fast a month for religion purpose. Now the month of fast is over and I have enjoyed our greatest festival Eid which I enjoyed by meeting relatives and eating foods as much as I could:).

However, now after a long break from workout, I am going to start my workout again and very much excited about that.

It’s Time to restart the game …..
