In this post I am going to provide all my readers with a new definition of the word ’smell’ in terms Bodybuilding. I am also going to give some tips that will help all to burn calories, to build huge guns and iron plated chest.
What actually the word ’smell’ means generally? Smell generally is something when you feel the flavour of a food or thing with the help of your nose.
Now, in terms of bodybuilding, I will say smell is something when you realise your results of working out. It is the realisation of whether you are using the best procedure. It is the realisation of whether your workout involves the best mix of exercises to reach your goals.
The following paragraphs shows some exercises that will help you to burn calories, achieve huge biceps, triceps and chest:
Biceps:
Concentration curl - 3 sets 8-12 reps
Close Barbell curl - 3 sets 8 -12 reps
Barbell curl - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps
Triceps:
One hand tricep extension - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps
Close-grip bench press - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps
Bench dips - 3 sets 8 -12 reps
Chest:
Dumbell Flyes - 3 sets 8-12 reps
Incline bench press - 3 sets 8-12 reps
Flat Bench press - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps
Push Ups - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps
For Burning: Do cardio like cycling, running or skipping for 30 mins everyday
Notice: The above exercises should be done with such heavy weights that allows you to do 8 repititions or more. The reps should not be less than 8 nor be more than 12.
Make sure you have 30 seconds rest in betweeen sets. Don’t take rest more than 30 secs otherwise you will lose the speed that you gained while doing a set.
You might be thinking that my title and the begining of this post says about smell or realisation but where is the solution of how to realise or smell?

When you do the above mentioned exercises, you will find that you are sweating a lot and this gives you the smelling feeling about your calories burning. After doing these exercises you will be more pumped and be in such a shape that will obviously help you understand that your extra fats have been burned and passed away.

Finally, I should say one thing and that is to burn something you need the fuel. And I think the best fuel for our human body is H2O (WATER). Drinking as much water as you can in a day. Don’t drink a lot at a time, this may have other problems. Drink little in every 5 minutes. Best way is to keep a 500ml bottle in hand all the time.
