Is it really necessary to take supplements ???

I have seen many people around me who have great muscles and a great physique. They only do exercises and do not take any supplements like protein shakes and multivitamins. As far as I know, one should atleast eat chickens everyday to gain muscles. But there are some people who even can’t afford chicken everyday. They only have rice, lentils, vegetables, sometimes fish (small piece) in their lunch and dinner.

Now, my question is how they gain such musles without proper nutrition ??? Is there any genetical reasons ? I know there are some genetical cases, but what about those guys who have been very thin but now they are well builded (without taking any supplements, just doing exercises) ???

Really confused !!!

One thing I have noticed for a long time and that is,  when someone is angry, he does the exercises with more power and in a very good way. I have seen such in many people and I myself is a proof too.

So I think the ‘Angry’ is a great motivator for doing exercises !!!

Exercise during Ramadan !!!

I have been suffering from in decision for the last few weeks on what to do during the month of Fasting (Ramadan). I was suffering whether should I exercise or not during that time. However, after a long thinking, I have decided that I should do 3 sets of 12 reps push ups only during the month of Ramadan with some abs crunches.

I think this will help my body at least to stay in the shape.

I have already stopped heavy lifting as I am preparing myself for Ramadan which is about to start in a week.

May Allah (God) help me to stay fit !!!

Do U Smella……LaLa..Lau, What U R Burning?

In this post I am going to provide all my readers with a new definition of the word ’smell’ in terms Bodybuilding. I am also going to give some tips that will help all to burn calories, to build huge guns and iron plated chest.  

What actually the word ’smell’ means generally? Smell generally is something when you feel the flavour of a food or thing with the help of your nose.

Now, in terms of bodybuilding, I will say smell is something when you realise your results of working out. It is the realisation of whether you are using the best procedure. It is the realisation of whether your workout involves the best mix of exercises to reach your goals.

The following paragraphs shows some exercises that will help you to burn calories, achieve huge biceps, triceps and chest:

Biceps:                      
                  

Concentration curl - 3 sets 8-12 reps

Close Barbell curl - 3 sets 8 -12 reps

Barbell curl  - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps

 

Triceps:

One hand tricep extension - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps

Close-grip bench press - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps

Bench dips - 3 sets 8 -12 reps

 

Chest:

Dumbell Flyes - 3 sets 8-12 reps 

Incline bench press - 3 sets 8-12 reps 

Flat Bench press - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps

Push Ups  - 3 sets 8 - 12 reps

 

For Burning: Do cardio like cycling, running or skipping for 30 mins everyday

Notice: The above exercises should be done with such heavy weights that allows you to do 8 repititions or more. The reps should not be less than 8 nor be more than 12.

Make sure you have 30 seconds rest in betweeen sets. Don’t take rest more than 30 secs otherwise you will lose the speed that you gained while doing a set.

You might be thinking that my title and the begining of this post says about smell or realisation but where is the solution of how to realise or smell?

Guys, the solution was solved in the exercises and the final answer is here:

When you do the above mentioned exercises, you will find that you are sweating a lot and this gives you the smelling feeling about your calories burning. After doing these exercises you will be more pumped and be in such a shape that will obviously help you understand that your extra fats have been burned and passed away.    

I hope this helps you all !!!

Finally, I should say one thing and that is to burn something you need the fuel. And I think the best fuel for our human body is H2O (WATER). Drinking as much water as you can in a day. Don’t drink a lot at a time, this may have other problems. Drink little in every 5 minutes. Best way is to keep a 500ml bottle in hand all the time.

A month off from going gym !!!

Hello friends,

I am going to have a month break during Ramadan month which is hopefully going to start after 2.5 to 3 weeks. I won’t do any heavy weight exercise and not even cardio as I have to keep fasting in that month from dawn to dusk. Although I will be fasting, I will try to have the healthy foods in the time that I am allowed to take foods.

So I will be off from my gym after two weeks and will have a rest. Although there are chances of losing muscles, I think this will also help my muscles to recover a lot. However muslims friends, our God has set our lives like this and He will take care of us.

Hope to have a good Ramadan month !!!

Ramadan(month of fasting) ahead!!!

Hello friends,

The month of fasting - Ramadan is knocking at the door.

notice: For the non muslims, Ramadan is the month of fasting in Islam religion. In this whole Ramadan month, all the muslims around the world fasts from dawn to dusk.

So my muslim bodybuilder friends, I was just thinking what are your plans in this month. I think all of you will be out of gym this month as I don’t think it is a good idea to workout in this month as you keep fasting the whole day.

However, I want your opinions and your thinkings on whether one should do workout in this month.

Bow down to the King!!!

My tilte of this post tells pretty much everything about what I am trying to say. However, let me help you bodybuilding friends what I am actually trying to say. 

Be the king in every aspects of your life. I mean to say be the king in whatever you do, i.e. whether you are working out, eating, or just walking in the road. 

When you are working out in the gym, be sure not to feel shy to exercise. I saw some guys who has this shyness problem when they are exercising. They have a feeling in them that someone will laugh at them. I just wanna say, guys you are your own boss. Don’t care what other says. Just make sure you are doing everything correctly. One thing you can do to have the King feeling is listening to the King of kings song by motorhead. 

Eat like a king when you are eating. However, that doesn’t mean eat as much as you can. The thing is eat foods that are required. Make sure to have protein as required. 

Walk like a king. Never have a feeling that the other guy is better than you. May be the other guy is much taller and much well builded than you, but do not ever think that you are less than him. This feeling will motivate you to do your workouts with more interests. So be the king…………………. 

Guys the above post is just a short version of my article which I am going to post in bodybuilding. I have posted it now just to see the response from my friends.

Hoping to gain muscles !!!

Hello guys,

hope all of u r working hard to reach ur goals. I am also working by best. From the first day of my weight training, I have been looking to buy protein powders in my country Bangladesh. But couldn’t find any as none of the bodybuilding products are sold here. However, finally I have managed one Whey protein powder, which one of my friend brought for me from India.

I have started to take it and hope to gain muscles now !!!!

Fuel up ur body to burn the gym !!!
