Welcome!
Well I’ve been super disciplined for over a month now which I know isn’t a very long time, but it is when you are completely obsessed with it for most of the day everyday! I’ve really seen results, but unfortunately I’m now quite underweight at 109.5 lbs. and 5′51/2". I’ve been going through my food intake journals and I’m way low on fat daily and I know that’s my problem. Now I’m worried about side effects and whether or not it’ll hurt my progress.
My new goal is to incorporate more healthy fats and to lift heavier on the weights. I also need to increase my repsĀ and continue to decrease my cardio which is hard because I’m one of the rare few that likes it.
While I’m enjoying watching my body change for the better, it’s a pain in the ass trying to figure out what’s right and wrong.

Maybe it’s the engineer in me, but finding out the right combination to change my body is a rush for me. (at least that’s what I try to convince myself when I’m frustrated as hell) lol You know you’re on the right track and have a great time with it!!!

Your definitely not fat at 5′5 101… Just need to tone up. And definitely keep eating. Look great and good luck with goals

Yea Tanya, I agree with you. You’re low. Ask your gym front desk if they know of a sports nutrionist who may be able to help steer you in the right direction. Some of the good Personal Trainers are nutionists, too, so check that option as well. You won’t build any muscle until they are properly fed. I think it would be time and money well spent for you…then you’ll stop "spinning your wheels" in frustration and work on what’s important - - the workouts!!!.. yea!!! Good luck…you’ll do just fine. Later…jeff

Keep at it, sometimes you have to play around a bit to find out what your body needs to make the changes you want. Everyone’s body is different, and it seems like you already have a handle on the basics, but continuesly changing how you train your body will force your body to keep changing. Don’t be afraid to got to an extreme for a month or 2 in order to shock your body into change. Anyhoo, all the best to you….
