June 3, 2007Well I’ve been super disciplined for over a month now which I know isn’t a very long time, but it is when you are completely obsessed with it for most of the day everyday! I’ve really seen results, but unfortunately I’m now quite underweight at 109.5 lbs. and 5′51/2". I’ve been going through my food intake journals and I’m way low on fat daily and I know that’s my problem. Now I’m worried about side effects and whether or not it’ll hurt my progress.
My new goal is to incorporate more healthy fats and to lift heavier on the weights. I also need to increase my repsĀ and continue to decrease my cardio which is hard because I’m one of the rare few that likes it.
While I’m enjoying watching my body change for the better, it’s a pain in the ass trying to figure out what’s right and wrong.
