Well I did not make it to the gym, I was mowing the lawn and the longer it took me to finish it, the heavier the mower felt. That was my leg day!

Ty both for your comments: Milosmom your are so right, I am better off on my own. Its just hard trying to fine someone who as the same drive as you. I take pride in my training and when there is a day off then my whole day is off....sigh

I know what you mean.. I find waiting for someone that doesn't make the effort - draining, you put off your workout to wait for someone and they bail on you, then youv'e lost your drive for the day because you ran out of time.. this happened twice to me-- now i wait for no one and do not include anyone in my exercise time.. Best of luck to you.. keep going forward and don't look for them in your dust.. :)

i am in the same boat, but i recently tweaked a few things. but, i have only been consistently working out this time around since september. even when i could not do cardio, i would still weight train (with my trainer). i lost about 15 lbs and then stalled in october (after i was able to add cardio...and i am still stalled on the scale, though i have lost about 3% body fat since early november). i can see some minor changes (loss of a few inches). but, i still feel like i'm stuck.

i'm by no means an expert, but my suggestion would be to check your bmr (and never go below that in calories). also, drop the bananas and include protein (whey or whatever your vegetarian options are) in every meal/snack.

best of luck...there are a ton of people on here who can help you. check the forums and post your entire diet for a better response.
