What I did today oh and a question
Monday, September 1st, 2008After over sleeping I realize the gym was closing at 2pm, and it was already noon. I rushed over there in my new gym outfit, I love the fact that I can go down a size and still look good. Today was just bi’s, tri’s, and shoulders. That went very well, with abs on the side and to finish off with 40 mins of cardio. Why do I get so hungry when I am done working out? I swear I could so pig out and ruin everything. Right now I just chew gum till I get home and have my protein shake and drink lots of water. But I am still hungry and I am afraid to eat and not lose but not gain weight either. What should I do, eat before I workout or what?
