Today was legs and i have decided to do them 2 times a week. The muscles are coming through and my legs are getting harder. I like the way its looking, I have order a neoprene suit to wear to sweat off the water in my trouble spots. It should be here on friday or so, tomorrow is just bi’s and tri’s and cardio.

Yup I did 2 hours of leg work, what in the hell was I thinking. All I remember was I just kept going on and on, and lost track of time. I have learned not to do cardio on leg day. I get to tired doing legs I did not do abs due to heartburn. Cardio is gone now on leg day. I saw my PT on Wednesday, I was so glad to see her, I was so down the last few days and I needed a pick me up. She did that and then some. When my work out schedule is messed up I forget the things I do. Like Mondays are leg day as in hammies and calves. But cause my right knee swelled up I moved it to Friday when I do quads and glutes. This week I felt like a loss soul, thinking over and over what is it I need to do. Well now I am back on track, with my 2 hours of leg. They are very tired so now I am going to take a hot bath and just chill for the rest of the day.

I had my first zumba class last week and I am still babying the knee. Afterwards it swell but no pain it was just big and puffy. I took Friday off, that’s the day I do quads and glutes. All weekend long I kinda went off my diet for a few days. I’m not feeling guilty at all, I am doing so well and have not cheated till now. I think I needed that. This morning I had such a hard time working out. Mondays is hammy’s and calves, with cardio. But my knee is still puffy and so I did bi’s and tri’s. I was so out of focus I was forgetting my routine. Today was not any better, it was back and chest, and since everything is so off this week, I felt so not with it. Wednesday morning I see my trainer and I am hoping she will get me back on track.
Lately I am having a hard time waking up in the morning, I think I’m over exercising. I do an hour of muscle work with an hour of cardio. Soon as I get home I take a hot bath and just chill for the rest of the day no napping. Maybe I should slow down.

I took my first class of Zumba. I thought I would be dancing and shaking and stuff. Well I did as far as the shaking part, I can’t jump around yet like most of the girls. Give me a few more months and I will, I am still babying the knee and being over cautious. But it was fun. I was sweating so hard it was beading on my legs and through my shoes. This is a must have for me.

Today was my first session with my trainer. He beat me up good, but I did. I did not slow down, I just kept pushing myself. I am pretty tired right now, but I have much to do. I’m not sure what she has plans for me, but I know she will increase the intensity.

I am down 4 more pounds but I need to weight myself again on Monday. The groin pull is much better, but now I might have aggravated my scar tissue in my chest. I was working on my chest last week and I felt something different. It has not limit me to much just its harder to work on the abs. Many years ago I had breast surgery for a reduction, and this is why the scar tissue is pissed off. Today I meet my trainer for my first session with her. She is gonna kick my ass and then some. But, this is what I need, and she is the one to do it. In other news, I have now taken pizza off my diet. For some reason some of my past favorite foods are making me sick. Like as in upset stomach and running to the bathroom many times. Its sad and I must morn the lost of the pizza pie.

Yup that is what happened to me. I volunteer at my son’s school, and as I was sitting down it pulled. It did not hurt that bad, matter of fact I worked out. Today is hammies and calves, I did find it hard to work on my hamstrings. It was aggravating, calves was just fine. I got home took some meds and a hot bath, and now I feel a little better. Later on, I will be using the heating pad while I’m resting. Gawd this sucks donkey balls!

Walking in the gym I am still recovering from my first visit with my PT. Today is quads and glutes. The receptionist told me about a class that is going to start in an hour. I never done classes before and prefer to do my own thing. I was about to start on squats when she reminded me of the class. I went in to set up, like weights and DB. I did well being its my first time, but my legs are still an issue for me. When they where doing lunges I stood there looking pretty. When they did squats I went as far as my body will let me. After the class I worked on my legs and did squats on my own. Right now they are tired and sore and it hurts to walk up and down the stairs.
This weekend I am going to rest and start all over again on Monday.

OK not really I met my PT for the first time today. She told it was going to be a total body work out and be prepared. Looking at her, she is petite and fit and I thought she can’t be that tough. OMG! I was so wrong, by the time I left an hour later I wanted to hurl. I dragged my ass home and had a shake and that was hard to do. My arms where shaking my abs where burning. I took a hot bath and took myself to bed for 2 hours. I am so, week, most of I hired her. Yup she is gonna be my girl for awhile, just once a week until I can get my endurance up.

My work out is pretty much routine, but as of lately I have been getting heartburn when I work on my abs.
This is what I do everyday:
730am shake
940am Black powder
10am work out
12pm protien shake
6pm dinner
What is causing the heart burn?
