Cardio and upper body
Tuesday, July 3rd, 2007This morning I woke up to sore legs and bum. I was not sure if I wanted to work out, but I did. I walked in the gym to do my 20mins of cardio. That went well until I started on my chest and arms. A few weeks ago I injured my left upper arm getting into the pool. I was doing bench presses and notice the pain in my arm. I try to ignore it thinking its still sore. Well I stopped after 2 sets, my body was telling me to back off and do it another day. So needless to say I hardly did any upper body work cause of my arm.
Tomorrow, cardio, and rehab my knee
