My day
Saturday, June 16th, 2007Even thought I did not work out today, I made sure I ate well. I did not cheat with all the sugary goodness in my house. Monday I will start hitting the gym again, and then swim with the boys after wards. This is what I had today.
Breakfast: Yogert, orange, cottage cheese with a side of jelly.
Snack: Plum, Pita chips
Lunch: Ooops
Dinner: Pork medalians with a balsamic glaze, side of white rice, and salad.
Snack: If I am hungry I will have an apple
After looking at this I need more protien and veggies.
