I woke up and send the kids off to school. I try to take my morning nap and could not cause of the coffee. Around 11am i got up and went to work out. Its cold around 30 degrees and I walked as fast as I can to the entrance. I first started with my 30 mins of cardio, 10 mins on the treadmill, 10 mins on the bike, and another 10 mins on the elipictical. Afterwards, I did the one legged press and did calve raises on the leg press. And also worked my his. Then I turned my attention to my abs doing 3 sets of 10 with a 5lb weight on my chest. Tomorrow abs, arms, and cardio…..
